Quotations & payment
Prices and order terms are provided through a quotation or invoice. Payment is by bank / wire transfer, using the payment details supplied with the agreed quotation or invoice.
Artwork & specifications
Customers should provide artwork they have permission to use and check the agreed design and measurement information before confirming an order.
Production & delivery
Production, shipping and any requested delivery date are discussed for the specific order and destination. Timing and shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Your order agreement
Your quotation, confirmed specification and written order agreement set out the arrangements for your order. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
