Please contact Bia Belle to discuss changes to an agreed specification. Whether a change is possible depends on the product and the stage reached; any effect on cost or timing will be discussed.
Questions about received items
If you have a concern, share your order reference, a description and relevant photographs so the issue can be reviewed against the agreed specification.
Custom-made orders
Applicable cancellation and return arrangements will be explained in the final terms and order agreement. Any remedy is considered against the agreed specification and applicable rights. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
