How do I request a custom quotation?
Choose a collection or product, add relevant items to your quote basket and share your quantities, colours, sizes and design requirements through the contact page.
Which countries do you work with?
Bia Belle already supplies customers in the USA and United Kingdom. Our international focus covers the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping availability and arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Can I use my own design and logo?
We welcome custom enquiries across our collections. Share artwork or a reference idea so we can discuss suitability, production requirements and available branding options.
Are the product images actual completed orders?
The images in this draft are illustrative design concepts. They show the proposed range and visual direction. Materials, construction and product details are confirmed individually.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Quantity requirements depend on the product and specification. Please include your approximate quantity in the enquiry so suitable arrangements can be discussed.
How are sizes confirmed?
Send your size breakdown, measurements or preferred chart. Fit and measurements will be confirmed for your chosen products; international size labels are not automatically treated as equivalent.
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank / wire transfer. Payment details and terms will be provided with your quotation or invoice.
Can I order samples?
Please ask about sample availability, costs and shipping for your selected products. Sample arrangements must be confirmed before proceeding.
When will my order be ready?
Production and delivery timing depends on your specification, quantity and destination. Any requested date should be shared in your enquiry and is subject to confirmation.
